Hostel Rules & Regulations

  • Students desirous of having hostel admission must submit hostel application to the warden. The rooms will be allotted by the hostel warden.
  • All the residents must collect their Hostel card from the Hostel warden at the time of hostel admission.
  • Residents must carry their hostel card in the campus premises during their stay at the hostel and it should be produced for dining
  • Each residents is responsible for the care of room allotted to him/her and the furniture provided there in.
  • No Furniture items is allowed to be removed from or additional brought in the hostel without the prior permission of warden in writing. A resident may be charged for the damage and loss of any such items.
  • No residents is allowed to shift their room without the prior permission of the warden.
  • Each residents is responsible for the safety of their valuables.
  • Outside food items will be permitted from 8.00 AM to 8.00 PM only and the hostel warden reserves the right to check the parcel.
  • The use of alcoholic drinks and intoxicating substances is strictly prohibited in the hostel and campus premises.
  • No residents are allowed to uses heavy duty electrical equipments such as induction cooker, electric kettle etc….
  • Any case of illness should be reported to the warden immediately
  • No residents are allowed to collect any fund from the hostellers or conduct any meeting in the hostel without prior permission of the hostel warden in writing.
  • Residents should submit the permission letter from the concerned HOD’S for staying the hostel/leaving the campus during class hours.
  • Illegal games are prohibited in hostel premises.
  • Hostel entry exit will be permitted from 6.00 AM to 8.00 PM (Boys)/6.00AMto 6.00 PM.(Girls)
  • Residents must submit written request and obtain permission from the warden for leaving hostel during holidays, mentioning the time duration and purpose.
  • Visitors are allowed in the visitors lobby only between 9. AM to 6.PM.
  • Residents must follow the mess timing decided by the hostel warden.
  • Residents must Report with the Parents / Guardian in college office for vacating the hostel.
  • Residents are not allowed to bring their vehicles to the hostel premises. ( Parking area will be allotted by the warden )
  • The college authorities reserves the right to alter our revise any of the hostel rules at any time.
