Dr.CV Thomas is the Principal of Indira Gandhi College of Arts and Science Nellikuzhy Kothamangalam. He obtained his Doctor of Philosophy – Ph.D. focused on English Language and Literature/Letters from Kerala University, Thiruvananthapuram. He has been working in the higher education Management sector in Kerala for well over four decades, Besides he is well experienced in the formulation of policies at the University level as also a mentor and guide for Ph.D. Fellows in English literature at the M.G.University of Kottayam, Kerala. He is the author of three Books[Effect of the medium of Instruction on Academic Excellence of Students, Remedial Drill for English Sounds for Keralites, Malayali English] that focuses on Linguistic differences and the influence of the mother- tongue on the Pronunciation of English, and many articles in various Journals.

Prof Elias M Paul is HOD and a Professor at the postgraduate department of Physics at IGCAS. He is a veteran teacher and researcher with more than 30 years of experience. He began his career as an Assistant Professor at Dept. of Physics in Mar Athanasius College, Kothamangalam he retired from service when he served as Principal. After his retirement, he joined Indira Gandhi College as a Professor and Department Head of the Physics Department. His expertise and research are mainly in the fields like Quantum Mechanics, Theoretical Physics. He is also an author of various scientific articles in newspapers and Periodicals.

Mrs. Subi B S is an Assistant Professor in Microbiology at the Department of Bioscience, Indira Gandhi College of Arts and Science with more than 8 years of teaching experience. She is a Proven Researcher pursuing her Ph.D. from Karunya University, a study that focuses on Microbial Studies on Laccase Producing Fungi from the environment. She is an excellent teacher and mentor who guides Various Undergraduate and Postgraduate projects. She also owns the credit for organizing International and National Webinars and Seminars and various curricular and research-oriented workshops.

PG Anagha is an Assistant Professor in Biotechnology at the Department of Bioscience IGCAS with 4 years of Teaching and Mentoring experience. Anagha has excellence and is very dedicated and innovative in bioscience. She obtained her MSc degree in biotechnology from Mahatma Gandhi University. She had extensively supervised undergraduate and postgraduate student’s project works. Her caliber as an Independent Scientist extended to tissue culture technician at Pineapple Research Station, Vazhakulam in Cochin. Her work on “biodiversity of dragonflies and damselflies in Anchelpetty” is very fascinating and demonstrates her ability to handle diverse research work. To her credit, she organized a webinar on nutraceuticals and nanocarriers. She was invited to several national and regional seminars and workshops on “trends in molecular biology”. Apart from this, she had HACCP and vaccine development & CRISPR certifications.
